American Horror Story - Season 9 Episode 09: Final Girl
Description
At the beginning of the ninth season, a group of people started heading towards a camp for a good mission. In those camps, darkness began to descend on the camp and everyone began to expect the fire to extinguish. Evil seems not to be over yet, and tradition has already become a form of tragedy. In those moments, Mr. Gingles tries to close the person who escaped as the advisers gathered to escape from this place.

I gotta admit that I'm pretty upset after sitting through all nine episodes...the whole season was absolutely bizarre, and there wasn't much of a through-line from beginning to end.

The finale is satisfying, for me, and allows the fans to see what they've been wanting to see all season.

For American Horror Story, that is about as happy an ending as one gets...it's decidedly less shocking than one might have predicted we get, but we'll always have that woodchipper, I guess.

I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised when the season ended without an immaculate cliffhanger or eerie plot twist. It simply came to a close in an unexpected, peaceful grand finale.

Things ended an ultimate survivor -- a Final Girl -- as well as a tidy wrapping up of the various narrative threads from the season.

Some bold moves were made, some wacky lines were uttered, and the camp was, for a brief and shining part-of-an-episode, brought back to Camp.
