Description
Like the famous Disney film of 1967, the film tells the story of Mowgli, an orphaned child growing up in a remote forest by a group of wolves living in this jungle, as well as a bear and a black tiger, opening his awareness of the forces of nature. When he is forced to leave the jungle by the tiger Shere Khan, he goes through an exciting adventure with his friends.

While it's definitely not an awful little adventure flick, Jewel of the Nile stands as a pretty good indication as to why the guys never reunited for a third adventure.

Jewel of the Nile doesn't quite reach the heights of Romancing the Stone, but it's still a lot of fun and better than most sequels.
