The film is about the adventure of the man named Gill-man in the human world. It seems that the adventure will be dangerous after he was arrested, where Jillin is taught by biology student Helen Dobson. Less than the sum of its maddeningly redundant parts.

There's nothing particularly remarkable about it, and it plays out almost exactly how you expect it to, but as a monster matinee, you could do a lot worse.
