Description
Hiyama Atsuhiro is a car mechanic and an engineer at Supika Racing Factory. Hiyama Naozumi is a troublemaker yet a talented young driver for Supika Racing Factory, who hopes to advance to the World Rally Championship. He is also Atsuhiro's younger brother. The sibling always fights about Naozumi reckless driving and an awful mood was beginning to drift to the team as well. One day, Hikaru Endo become Naozumi, however, he is clueless about the world of car racing.

Since "Over Drive" is aimed at the widest possible audience, presumably impressionable kids included, the inevitable cost of all that risk-taking is underplayed.
