I Am Somebody's Child: The Regina Louise Story
Description
Here we live a series of dramatic events by this girl named Regina Louise, a black girl in a foster home. Jane Caree, a white woman who seems to be sympathetic to Regina, seems to be on the move. In spite of all this, the housekeeper, a black woman trying to fight that petition, believes that the black child can not be raised by a white woman. After the Chancellor's approval, Regina is sent to a private institution and obstructs Jane's attempts to contact her. Things change completely when Regina reaches the age of maturity, where the organization releases her and Regina tries to go through the search for the woman she sympathized with.
