Heaven and Earth
Description
It is the story told by Lee Lee (The Hee The Lo), a girl who lives in a small Vietnamese village and may go through very difficult circumstances when her patience is at the beginning of the war. There seems to be a realistic view of the fact that this woman is a freedom fighter, a joke, a young mother, a whore at one time, and an American wife in a story that is the most wonderful.

Overblown, forgettable Oliver Stone epic.

This is the first time [Stone] has tried to place himself inside a woman's imagination, and that he succeeds so well is due partly...to an extraordinary performance by Hiep Thi Le in the leading role.
